2013 Contemporary Romance Challenge

The 2013 Contemporary Romance Reading Challenge is hosted by The Book Vixen and if you'd like to take part you can sign up here.

This is the first time I'm signing up for a contemporary romance challenge because my reading focus for quite a few years now has been mainly paranormal (urban fantasy, paranormal romance etc) but in 2012 I rediscovered my love of contemporary romance and since then I can't seem to get enough of it so I thought it would be fun to keep track of the books I'm reading and get some new recommendations.

Looking back through my blog reviews over the last couple of years you can really see how much my contemporary romance reading jumped up last year! (Previous totals include novellas & short stories because it would take too much time for me to separate them but for the 2013 challenge only stories that are over 100 pages will count).

2010 - I read 16 contemporary romance stories
2011 - I read 5 contemporary romance stories
2012 - I read 71 contemporary romance stories

I think I'm going to set my goal for 2013 at 100 books because I'm just devouring contemporary romance at the moment!
