Today is my birthday but I'm in a generous kind of mood so I thought I'd give one of my readers a present! I have a signed copy of Cinder by Marissa Meyer that is looking for a new home and I'm one of you will be willing to give it a good one :o)

ReplyDeleteThank you for the awesome giveaway as well.
Oh Happy Birthday, Sarah!! Hope you have a wonderful day! xoxo
ReplyDeleteHmmm. .. Favorite birthday memory.. I was probably 7 or 8 at the time, and i got my birthday gift... a huge box. I didn't have any idea what was inside, so I immediately begin unboxing. There was a smaller box in it, and an even smaller in that and so on, until only a tiny box remained. It took like 10 minutes to get there, but I was still extremely curious. In the smallest box there was a piece of paper, with a riddle written on it. I had to figure it out (with my family's help) and follow its instruction so I could find the REAL gift. I loved this.
Thank you for the giveaway :)
Happy Birthday! And thanks for this international giveaway!
ReplyDeleteMy best birthday memory? When I got my leopardgecko. I always wanted one but my boyfriend didn't want to live with "such a raptor". But at last he bought "her" as a birthday surprise:).
@ Lucy - thanks for the birthday message :o)
ReplyDelete@ Andie - I remember my uncle wrapping a present like that for me once although he didn't start with a box quite that big! It was fun to open though :o) Having to go on a treasure hunt afterwards sounds even more fun!
@ Lupi - that's a wonderful present and a great birthday surprise, I love geckos but I've never owned a lizard of any kind. Perhaps one day though LOL
Happy Birthday! thanks for sharing such an awesome giveaway! Ummm... I honestly don't have a fav b-day memory... don't know why... at least nothing bad :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday!!
ReplyDeleteI think my 21st when my parents gave me the most gorgeous string of pearls. Something I can still wear at 101. Yes, I intend to live that long.
My favorite birthday memory was a year ago when I traveled home to California to visit my sisters and their families the week of my birthday. I got to go trick or treating with the grandkids, we celebrated my birthday as well as my niece's husband's and my sister got me a pumpkin pie - my favorite birthday treat.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday! I actually don't have any favourite but I always try to remember in details how I enjoyed my birthday with my families and friends. There are different highlights from each and it will always be a fond memory. Now, I wonder what to expect this month 'coz I'm gonna celebrate my 18th birthday in less than 16 days. ;)

ReplyDeleteMy best birthday memory? erm,My 18th Birthday - I had a big party (Harry Potter themed) people came either in HP costumes or prom dresses (recreating the Yule Ball)
I had loads of friends and family members there, got my hair done and danced the night away. It was awesome. :D
I belated Happy Birthday Sarah!
ReplyDeleteI hope yesterday was fab :)
Happy belated bday!!
ReplyDeleteMine was when I went out for my bday dinner and when I gt back, my friends were hiding in my house with a cake!
My favourite birthday memory would be my 21st birthday, and not for the party.
ReplyDeleteMy Nan suffered from Alzheimer's but she remembered that I used to collect china dolls, at that time I had stopped collecting them, so her memory was from a few years earlier. This was the last present I ever got off her and the last birthday she remembered, but that doll is one of my most treasured items still.
I've had a lot of great birthdays! I had a wonderful one with a bunch of great friends prior to the end of med school... got a lot of great gifts, great food, and shared my bday with one of my best friends! :-)
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday! And thanks for this international giveaway!
