September 2015 Recap


I know things have been a little quiet around here for the last couple of weeks but I had a new arrival in the house and she has been causing complete chaos! I've been having so much fun playing with my new kitten that I've not really had much time for blogging, reading or anything else.

Anyway, let me introduce you all to Sparrow. She's just over 9 weeks old (born on the 31st of July) and she's a beautiful tortoiseshell moggie. You might be wondering why I'd call a cat Sparrow but as you can see from the picture she has a really cute ginger eye patch so I named her after Captain Jack! I think I should have called her Parrot though since she loves sitting on my shoulder watching the world go by LOL.

Anyway, here's the cute little monkey!

My older cat Cassie still doesn't quite know what to make of the new intruder and has been spending most of her time avoiding Sparrow but I'm hoping she'll come around eventually. I did manage to get them in the same room a couple of times but the second Cassie spotted Sparrow sneaking up on her (about 5 seconds after the following picture was taken!) Cassie left the room in disgust.
