Before we get to the stats I'd just like to take a minute to wish you all a Happy New Year, I hope 2016 brings you everything you're hoping for! Today is actually my 6th (yes SIXTH!!!) blogoversary which is completely shocking. I still can't believe I've kept at this for so long but it's introduced me to so many wonderful people and I love it. I want to say I appreciate all of you who follow my blog, I was going to do something big to celebrate but we've had a few family things going on and I just haven't had time to organise anything so I'll try and sort something out later on in the year. I still thank you for visiting though, I love my little corner of the blogosphere and I love all of you who visit it!

My top YA read in December:
My top NA read in December:
(Yes I completely failed at picking just one book this month!)
Asking For It by Louise O'Neill (read my review here)
My top NA read in December:
I didn't actually read any NA books in December
My top adult reads in December:
Uprooted by Naomi Novik (read my review here)
Acheron by Sherrilyn Kenyon (read my review here)
The Martian by Andy Weir (read my review here)
Magic Stars by Ilona Andrews (read my review here)

Yes I know including not one but FIVE books is cheating but they were all so good I just couldn't decide between them! I actually wanted to included some of the Patricia Briggs and Karen Marie Moning books I read but I decided not to include rereads to try and narrow down the list a little!

Happy Blogoversary!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI have yet to pick challenges this year...except Goodreads, I may just (mostly) read what I want for a change, rather than sticking to a schedule, with the odd review book thrown in.
Thanks Michelle :-) I like using challenges to keep track of the different sorts of books I'm reading. I'm not too worried whether I achieve them or not but I like to see how many I do actually read :-) I'm definitely planning on focusing more on my own books this year & accepting less review copies though!
DeleteCongrats on 6 years! I'm only doing the Audiobook Challenge and Goodreads Challenge. You had some great reads in December. Here's to a great 2016 and many more blogging years!
ReplyDeleteMelanie @ Hot Listens & Rabid Reads
Thanks Melanie, I never thought I'd still be blogging after 6 years! I'm rather proud of myself lol. Good luck with your challenges for the year :-)
