Review:
I've actually visited the Warner Bros. Studio Tour twice now but it was only on my second visit that we paid extra to include the digital tour guide and a souvenir guide book. If you've never been before (or even if you have!) then the digital guide is well worth it as you can listen to in depth extra information at each section of the tour, watch video interviews with cast and crew members, see insider info on how they designed sets and also there's a whole gallery of extra photos to look through.

I also absolutely love this souvenir tour guide. I don't think it actually contains any information that I didn't already pick up from reading signs around the studio or listening to the audio guide and of course the pictures included are all things you've already seen for yourself and probably taken photos of too but there is just SO MUCH to see on the tour that it can be hard to take everything in. The book has loads of interesting facts that you may have missed during your visit and close up photos of some of the props that you can't get close to during the tour.

My second visit was years after the first so they'd added whole new sections like the Hogwarts Express, the Forbidden Forrest and Gringotts Wizarding Bank but all of the sets like Dumbledore's Office, The Burrow and Snape's Potion Room have so much detail that I spotted loads more this time around. I love that they've added so many interactive sections where staff members will teach you different wand movements or take photos of you magically calling up your broom just like you're taking part in a flying lesson.

What's great about this guide book is you can look at it years down the line and remember things you've completely forgotten. My visit was in September last year but rereading the guide book now, four months later, already brought back loads of memories and made me want to book another visit immediately.

The photos below are all ones I took myself during the tour but they'll show you the kinds of images you'll see in the guide book, or more importantly just a tiny fraction of what you'll experience if you decide to visit the studios for yourself. It really is an amazing experience for any Potterhead and this is the perfect souvenir to remember your visit by.

    1. The studios really are amazing Susan, definitely well worth a visit & I'm sure the kids would love it too. My advice would be to book a morning slot, you can stay inside as long as you like but you can't go in before your slot so the earlier you book for the longer you can spend looking around. The other thing would be to set a budget for souvenirs and stick to it. They have so many AMAZING things to buy there but it's all really pricy so it is very easy to spend far more than you intended to LOL xx
